Re-connect with students from your level 1 experience or with new like minded ‘Ohana members and develop further your Lomi Lomi techniques\, adding new strokes and extending the massage you give…  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nCurrently offering our ‘Day Stay’ option at Peace Mojo House in Burleigh Heads on the beautiful Gold Coast. Full tuition\, morning meditations\, nourishing lunch daily and one yoga session is included. Accommodation is not included for this workshop. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat you will learn\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLevel 2 training is an extension of Level 1. We revisit level 1 introducing more depth of knowledge and number of new strokes. This allows the practitioner to go much deeper into relieving tension in the major parts of the body that hold the stresses of modern living and trauma from physical exertion. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe techniques used in level 2 were perfected over the centuries by Hawaiian Healers to reintegrate the parts of the body of Hawaiian warriors that had been damaged in battle. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWithin the longer flowing strokes more specific techniques are introduced that are highly effective at releasing tensed up muscles and moving  stagnant energies though and out of the body. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nMore emphasis is added to becoming centred in the rhythm of Traditional Old Style Lomi Lomi\, opening up the heart energy\, connecting you to your higher self and the abundance of kindness and healing. This energy will flow into your clients and complete the circle of life. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nThis treatment when performed continuously will last approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours. There are no formal notes given for this level as the emphasis is on feeling through each of the moves. However you are welcome to bring a notebook if written notes will aid in your style of learning. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMorning meditations are usual and one yoga session Saturday morning to help calm the mind and relax the body\, move through any blocked emotions and help facilitate the learning process. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLevel 2 provides a deeper knowledge and understanding. We look back on Level 1 and extend it part by part into an even more complete massage. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTheses trigger points are then integrated into the Level 2 Lomi Lomi massage sequence. The trigger points can be used as a stand alone therapy or incorporated into the Lomi Lomi stroke sequence as much as is desired or required. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe main areas of the body are then attended to with a series of specific strokes designed to help with lymphatic drainage and introduction of trigger points to relieve muscular tension. All the while the hands rarely leave the body as each series of stokes connect seamlessly.
