E Aloha E introduces you to the profound spirituality and traditional teachings of the Kanaka Maoli – the First Hawaiians – so you can live these sacred teachings at home, at work, and as healing practitioners.

E Aloha E describes how we are taught to live our lives with Aloha Kekahi i Kekahi, complete & unconditional love for all things in this Universe, with the understanding that the Ancestors are always looking for opportunities to teach and guide us.

What you will learn

From start to finish it’s a feast of Traditional Teachings:
~ Participate in Protocol (Traditional Ceremony)
~ Learn the Story of Hula and Laka the Goddess of Hula
~ Learn to Oli (Chant)
~ Learn Basic Hula Dance Steps
~ Learn to Dance a Complete Hula

You will learn the essence of Hula, giving you another authentic way of connecting with the Higher Being, the Ancestors and your ‘aumakua, your Guardians. It also builds strength, flexibility, endurance, connection and flow – excellent for Lomi Lomi Practitioners and Healers. Hula expands the channel of Intuition to connect with the Spiritual Realm – a benefit for all Healers and Spiritual Seekers.
